Educational service

MusicEdNow Listening Version 1 is provided as an educational tool for teachers. Features, question banks, exports, availability, and behaviour may be updated as the service is developed and improved.

Teacher responsibility

Generated questions, suggested answers, teacher guidance, and exported resources are intended to assist educators. Teachers remain responsible for reviewing materials for accuracy, suitability, difficulty, curriculum alignment, and appropriateness before using them with students or in assessment.

Audio and other content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, licences, permissions, or other lawful basis needed to use audio or other content with the service. MusicEdNow does not grant rights to third-party recordings.

YouTube

YouTube recordings remain provided by YouTube and the relevant content owners. MusicEdNow Listening does not supply or redistribute those recordings. Use of the embedded YouTube functionality is subject to YouTube’s applicable terms.

No guarantee of uninterrupted availability

The service may occasionally be changed, interrupted, limited, or withdrawn. MusicEdNow may modify or discontinue features as the application is developed and improved.

Appropriate use

Do not use the service to infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute unlawful material, interfere with the service, or enter unnecessary student or other personal information.

Feedback

Feedback may be used to improve MusicEdNow Listening, including its interface, question generation, exports, and future features.

By using MusicEdNow Listening, you acknowledge that it is an evolving educational tool and agree to use professional judgement when using its outputs.
